What happens if I deactivate my line before the 25 months are up?
You would pay the remaining balance for the device upon deactivation. Please contact support to initiate that process.
How will I know how many payments I have left?
Your monthly statement that you receive via email will include the number of payments remaining. The email you receive each month will reflect the payment that you made the previous month.
Will the 3-month payment plan still be offered, and what if I am currently on the 3-month payment plan?
No, it will not be offered going forward. Users already enrolled in the 3-month plan will continue on that plan until completion.
Is early payoff allowed?

Once the device is paid off, can I upgrade to another device?

Are replacement devices eligible for the 25-month payment plan?
Yes, please contact customer support, and they can help you place that order. If you deactivate before the 25 months is up, you must pay the remaining balance upon deactivation. If you have an existing payment plan that has not been paid off and purchase a replacement device with a payment plan, you will pay for each of the two payment plans each month until they are paid off.
What if I have a payment plan and I decide to return the phone?
You will be refunded according to the terms of our return policy.
If a free month of service is given to the customer (which may be done in rare circumstances), does this apply to the device payment plan?
No, only the fees associated with the service plan would be waived in this situation. Fees associated with the device would not be waived.
