We’re updating our Do, Dream, and Discover plan pricing in February 2026 to continue delivering safe, reliable technology for families.


We’re Growing with You

At Troomi, our mission has always been to empower kids with technology that protects, educates, and connects, while continually enhancing the experience for families who trust us to keep their children safe and connected.


Over the years, we’ve added many new tools and features to help families get even more value out of their Troomi devices, like enhanced content filtering, a kid-safe App Store, stronger browsing protection, and improved device reliability.


To continue investing in these improvements and building new features families love, we’ll be making a small plan price adjustment in early 2026.


What’s Changing

  • Starting November 1, 2025, all new customers who activate a Do, Dream, or Discover plan will see updated pricing that is $5 higher per month.

  • If you’re an existing Troomi customer, your current plan price will stay the same until your February 2026 billing date, unless there is a plan change, which would introduce the $5 dollar increase immediately.

  • After that, your plan will automatically update to the new pricing. No action is needed on your part.


We’ll also send you a friendly reminder before your billing date so there are no surprises.


Why We’re Making This Change

This update helps Troomi continue:

  • Developing new safety features and smarter parental tools.

  • Maintaining a secure, ad-free experience with no data mining or tracking.

  • Supporting families with top-tier service and reliable technology.


As costs for hardware, logistics, and support have increased industry-wide, this small change helps ensure Troomi can keep delivering safe, high-quality experiences for years to come.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my price change?
If you already have a Troomi plan, your price won’t change until your first billing date in February 2026.


How much is the change?
Each plan (Do, Dream, and Discover) will increase by $5 per month when your account transitions in February.


Do I need to do anything?

Nope! Everything will update automatically in your account.


Does this affect watch plans?

No—this change only applies to Do, Dream, and Discover phone plans.


Will my features or parental tools change?

No. You’ll still have access to all the same tools, apps, and protections your plan includes today.


Can I switch plans before February?

Yes. You can make changes anytime through your Parent Portal or by emailing us at support@troomi.com.

Keep in mind that if you switch plans, the new pricing will start right away.
