These are the key things we use to identify your Troomi phone to make sure your service works and that it can be managed in the Parent Portal.

If an agent asks for these items, here is where to find them on your phone. Please send a clear (meaning, not blurry) picture of your device's screen for each item.

NOTE: If you have an A12, you will not be able to find the ICCID or see the slot your SIM card is installed in with these instructions. Refer to this article instead: SIM Card Installation (Most Phones)

IMPORTANT: If you are not able to access Settings on the phone, make sure Device Settings are enabled in the Parent Portal.

In order to follow these instructions, you will need to be able to get into Settings. Try to open Settings (1) on the phone.

Alternatively, from the home screen, Swipe down (1) > select Settings (2)

If Settings doesn't respond, log into the Parent Portal and select the Phone (1) > Scroll down to Device Settings (2)

If it shows Device Settings Disabled, select Device Settings (1) > set Device Settings to Enabled: ON (2).

Give the phone about a minute to update and try opening Settings again.
