- Open customer's account in Parent Portal
- Click on Contacts
- Click on any of the contacts
- At the end of the contact name, add 123 (Example DB McKnight should be DB McKnight123)
- Hit Save
- Hard refresh the Parent Portal window (Shift + refresh)
- Click back into the contact you changed
- Remove 123 from the contact name
- Hit Save
- Have customer restart the phone. All contacts should pull down after this.
