1. Open customer's account in Parent Portal
  2. Click on Contacts
  3. Click on any of the contacts
  4. At the end of the contact name, add 123 (Example DB McKnight should be DB McKnight123)
  5. Hit Save
  6. Hard refresh the Parent Portal window (Shift + refresh)
  7. Click back into the contact you changed
  8. Remove 123 from the contact name
  9. Hit Save
  10. Have customer restart the phone. All contacts should pull down after this.
