If your phone is broken or otherwise damaged, you will receive a refund of the cost of your phone minus any repair fees.
If the phone has not been activated, we will refund the cost of the phone, payment plan, activation fee, plan, and warranty. If the phone has been activated, we will refund the cost of the phone only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
