Can I change plans? 


You can change your phone plan with the click of a button through the Troomi Parent Portal. Simply navigate to your child's plan and choose "Change Plan." Follow the prompts from there to select the new plan you'd like to use. No commitments or contracts! You can also view a self help article through this link: Plan Changes.



Do you have family plans?


Not currently, but we are planning to create additional benefits and features for family plans soon. However, you can purchase Troomi plans for as many of your children as you'd like. You'll choose phones and plans for each child individually. Our checkout process will guide you through choosing phones, plans, and accessories for each child.
