We ask that you agree to our terms and conditions and prepay for your monthly service. However, you won't be locked into anything and can cancel at any point. If you cancel, you will not be required to continue payment once the current month is over. No contracts, here! Our service is a simple month-to-month system.

If you're itching for an upgrade, you can seamlessly change your phone plan with the click of a button through the Parent Portal! No phone calls, hold music on a never-ending loop, or online chats needed. Simply select your child's phone plan and choose "change plan." From there, follow the prompts provided and pick the new plan you'd like to use. (Yes, it's really that easy!)

Can I Pause or Suspend My Service?

We're not able to place a line on hold or suspend it but we can deactivate service and restore it when you're ready. Please be aware that if your line is deactivated for longer than 59 days, we can't guarantee the phone will be reactivated with your same number. 

In the recent past, we created a couple of quick-fix options that would allow us to pause service in a way that billing would be temporarily stopped and the phone number safe guarded. Due to the sheer volume of growth we have experienced, it has become very difficult to track and action accounts that needed to be restored after an agreed amount of time. After much consideration, the management team has decided that we will no longer be offering this courtesy.

This was a tough decision to make and we hope you understand that we're trying to implement solutions that are equally helpful to the customers and the company alike.
