Yes! We want to make your transition to Troomi as painless as possible. Bring your existing phone number from your current provider on over! We'll welcome you—and your phone number—with open arms.
During the checkout process, you'll see an option to port your existing phone number. All you'll need to do is input your phone number and PIN when prompted, and we'll do the rest! Leave it up to us to verify and transfer your phone number for use with a Troomi phone and plan—we're happy to take it off your plate.
We aim to make thing simple, but remember a couple things:
- Porting a phone number will only work for existing, functional phone numbers with other carriers.
- You should wait to cancel your existing carrier until your number has been successfully ported Troomi.
