Troomi does not support outside devices. Every phone Troomi sells comes loaded with our custom KidSmart® operating software that keeps kids safe and teaches them how to use technology. Only phones purchased from Troomi will work on our phone plans. A bring-your-own-device service is nearly impossible to secure, so we offer only devices we have ensured are safe and secure for your kids. Because of our operating system, Troomi devices cannot be moved to another network. We provide the phone, the operating system, and the cellular service.
