With Troomi, contacts are controlled in the Parent Portal. Our phones have the numerical dialer disabled, limiting all incoming and outgoing calls to the Contact List and Emergency Contact List numbers that are controlled on the Parent Portal. On the Parent Portal, you can choose to approve each new contact either immediately, within 72 hours, or let the phone holder choose at will.
