- In order to successfully activate your phone will need to be connected to Wi-Fi. Please power on your phone by holding down the power button.
Connect to Wi-Fi
- On your Troomi device, swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button.
- Select your network and enter the password to connect.
4. Once the phone shows you're connected, please go to parent.troomi.com. You will be prompted to log in to the account. Once you are logged in click "Continue Onboarding" and follow the steps there.
Restart the Phone
Your phone should automatically restart as part of the activation and onboarding process. In case it doesn't, follow these steps.
To reboot the phone, hold down the Power button on the side of the phone for a few seconds, tap Restart, and then
Restart again.
