NOTE: Once activated, voicemail is managed by the carrier. If you need to reset the PIN or disable voicemail, please contact Support.



  • To set up voicemail, add the device's phone number to the Parent Portal as an approved contact.

  • Then, open the Dialer app and use the voicemail icon or select your own number from the contact list. The voice prompts will guide you through setting up the voicemail.


  • If voicemail is not setup within 60 days of activating, AT&T will remove the voicemail feature from the phone. Contact Troomi Support to restart the voicemail service.
