NOTE: Once activated, voicemail is managed by the carrier. If you need to reset the PIN or disable voicemail, please contact Support.


  • If you would like to set up your voicemail, please contact Troomi support. We will reach out to our carrier to have it enabled.

  • Once enabled, add the device's phone number to the Parent Portal as an approved contact.

  • Then, open the Dialer app and use the voicemail icon or select your own number from the contact list. The voice prompts will guide you through setting up the voicemail.
