NOTE: Once activated, voicemail is managed by the carrier. If you need to reset the PIN or disable voicemail, please contact Support.
If you would like to set up your voicemail, please contact Troomi support. We will reach out to our carrier to have it enabled.
Once enabled, add the device's phone number to the Parent Portal as an approved contact.
Then, open the Dialer app and use the voicemail icon or select your own number from the contact list. The voice prompts will guide you through setting up the voicemail.
