NOTE: Once activated, voicemail is managed by the carrier. If you need to reset the PIN or disable voicemail, please contact Support.
To set up voicemail, add the device's phone number to the Parent Portal as an approved contact.
Then, open the Dialer app and use the voicemail icon or select your own number from the contact list. The voice prompts will guide you through setting up the voicemail.
If voicemail is not setup within 60 days of activating, AT&T will remove the voicemail feature from the phone. Contact Troomi Support to restart the voicemail service.
