NOTE: Once activated, voicemail is managed by the carrier. If you need to reset the PIN or disable voicemail, please contact support.

  • To set up your voicemail, you need to add the device phone number to the Parent Portal as an approved contact.

  • Then, open the Dialer app and use the voicemail icon or select your own number from the contact list. The voice prompts will guide you through setting up the voicemail.
