1. Make sure you are connected to WiFi
2. Check storage space on the phone by swiping up from the bottom, choose My Files, and make sure there is at least 1GB of available space
3. Open Settings
4. Click on Apps
5. In the upper right hand corner, click on the 3 dots
6. From this menu, click Special Access
7. Click All Files Access
8. Scroll through the list until you see the purple Troomi icon and make sure the toggle is set to on.
9. Close out of Settings
10. Open Settings again
11. Click on Apps
12. Click on the purple Troomi icon
13. From the App Info screen, click on Permissions
14. Click on Files and Media
15. Make sure that the radio button next to "Allow Management of All Files" has been selected
16. Close Settings
17. Open My Files
18. Select Downloads
19. Delete any files that show .apk or .xapk extensions (Long press on the file and choose Delete from the menu that appears)
20. Close out of My Files
21. Open Settings>Apps
22. Click on KidSmart App Assistant
23. Click on Files and Media
24. Make sure that permission is set to "Allow management of All Files"
25. Click the back arrow
26. From the App Info screen, scroll down until you see "Install Unknown Apps" and press on it
27. Make sure that "Allow from this source" is toggled On
