Troomi uses trusted phone brands like Samsung that are built to last. Each phone has a standard manufacturer's warranty (see individual device pages for detailed information), and phones typically last longer than the manufacture's warranty. 

You can also purchase peace-of-mind insurance that will cover some physical damage and issues outside of the manufacture's warranty, including cracked screens and mechanical and electrical failure for the life of your phone as long as the warranty is paid. The extended warranty is available for $6.95 per month. You can purchase coverage within the first 60 days through the Parent Portal. After this period, please contact customer support for assistance in adding a warranty to your device. 

Note: The extended warranty does not cover loss, theft, or water damage.
