You can access your child's location through your GPS apps or through the Parent Portal anytime.

If you are noticing any issues with your GPS: please know the GPS will not update if the phone is not communicating with the Parent Portal. To ensure the phone is connecting properly, make sure it is turned on, charged, and has been unlocked each morning after the midnight reboot to the KidSmart® OS. Your GPS can also have issues if the date and time are inaccurate, so check if the date and time have changed by going to Settings > General management > Date and time > turn on Automatic date and time.
