Yes it is possible to pair your AirPods to your Troomi phone. However it wont have all the features that you get when you pair it with an Apple device. You can pair them by going into Settings>Bluetooth>Then click on the AirPods that you want to connect. Follow the same steps as you would with pairing AirPods to an Apple device.
