You can go into the Parent Portal - Settings - Web Settings, under "Web Access" "Manage Safelist websites".

If you click on that, you can add websites. Make sure to go into those settings and safelist the Fitbit website.

After you have access to the website you are going to follow the instructions for how to set up the Fitbit from that site.
