Toca Kitchen 2 requires the user allow storage permissions to run. There is a small popup screen when the app first starts. The NEXT button in the bottom left corner is very light gray and hard to see. Press in the corner to select this button and move to the Permissions popup.
On the Permissions popup, select Allow.
Once you select Allow, the app will begin loading and run normally.
If you select Deny instead, the app will ask you for permissions again. If you do this too many times, you'll have to allow the permissions in the app settings.
Select App Settings.
Select Permissions (1), Storage (2), and then Allow access to media only (3).
Press back until you return to the app and it will run normally.
