Summary


The Operations team is tracking Troomi device returns. This process will break down how to use the Troomi Device Returns Tracking Sheet: Troomi Device Returns Tracking - Google Sheets.


Please fill out this sheet every time you deal with:


  • RMAs
  • 30 day returns
  • When a customer wants to cancel an order, but it was already shipped out

    

A good rule of thumb is that if you are creating a shipping label, the return needs to be added to the sheet. 



Columns to Fill Out


Please only fill out the columns that are titled 'Agent fills out'. They will be highlighted in orange, whereas the columns that Operations fills out will be highlighted in purple.


It will look like this:



uBreakiFix Tab


This tab is to be used when a device is returned to uBreakiFix

  • RMA returns (phones)
  • 30 day returns where the box/FedEx package has been opened


Vertex Tab


This tab is to be used when a device is returned to Vertex 

  • 30 day return where the FedEx package has not been opened
  • The order that was supposed to be cancelled got delivered to the customer


Troomi Tab


This tab is to be used when a device is returned to the Troomi office

  • Watches that have not been activated
  • Special cases where we send a phone back to the Troomi office to be tested
