All phone plans include unlimited calling to Canada and Mexico. International calling from other countries to the United States is not included in any Troomi plans. However, Troomi phones can text to 190 countries. You can also text from Mexico to the United States, but not currently from other countries.
Currently the way to dial/text Mexico is to toggle ON the "Can calls and texts be sent to non-contacts?" and "Can calls and texts be received from non-contacts?" on the Contact Settings page. This is because an international phone number is too long to store as an approved contact and you will need the dialer keypad to type the number. (**Being able to store international phone numbers as an approved contact will be a feature in the future.) Also, you must dial 011 before the number in Mexico to set your originating country as the United States.
